Privacy Policy

Solus Sort, by Solus Game Studio · Effective 15 October 2026

This policy explains what information the Solus Sort Android game ("the game") handles, why, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at princeantony.p92@gmail.com.

Summary

Information saved on your device

The game saves your progress (stars earned, bonus stars, undo charges, the levels you have played and the tips you have seen) and your sound settings on your device, so you can continue where you left off. This information is not sent to us.

The game opts out of Android backup and device-to-device transfer, so this data is not copied to your Google account backup or to a new device. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data in Android settings deletes it permanently, and it cannot be restored.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), provided by Google, to show rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward, such as an extra undo or a bonus star.

When you open the game, the SDK starts, checks your consent status and requests an ad in the background, so that an ad is ready if you ask for one. This happens even if you never watch an ad. According to Google, the SDK automatically collects and shares the following data for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention:

DataExamples
Approximate locationIP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of the device
App interactionsApp launches, taps and ad views
DiagnosticsApp and SDK performance, such as launch time and hang rate
Device identifiersAndroid advertising ID, app set ID and related identifiers

Google states that this data is encrypted in transit. Where available, Google's SDK may also use Android's privacy-preserving advertising features (such as the Privacy Sandbox ad topics and attribution APIs), which you can manage in your device's Android privacy settings.

Google processes this data under its own policies. To learn more, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Consent (Google User Messaging Platform)

The game uses Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for consent where the law requires it, for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. In those regions, the game shows Google's consent message before ads are requested. Depending on your choices, the ads you see may be limited or non-personalised. Your choice is stored on your device and shared with Google so that it can be respected.

If your region requires it, you can review or change your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy options in the game. This option only appears where it is required.

Game engine (Unity)

The game is built with Unity. The Unity engine may collect limited technical information, such as your device model, operating system and hardware details, and identifiers created by the engine, to support and improve the engine. Unity handles this information under its Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.

Your choices

Children

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.

Data retention

We do not hold personal data about you on our own servers. Data saved on your device stays there until you clear it or uninstall the game. Data processed by Google and Unity is kept under their own policies, linked above.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
